I believe we have finally formed a group. I think the biggest huddle will be setting up meeting times that are appropriate for every group member. Thank God we nurses are used to being chronically fatigued and taking flexibility to a whole new level, otherwise I would be worried about where to find the time to do everything we're expected to!
Besides this class, am also taking practicum 2 and the latter requires me to accumulate 135 clinical hours! What happened to good old 90 hours of clinical? I have resigned myself to constantly annoying my family and friends by being absent at family functions and turning down invitations to meet with friends. Even my dog will have to sacrifice a walk every so often, this is truly a family affair.
Thanks, Lucy.

Your dog will love you unconditionally!!
Sharon
As a member of your group, we have officially overcome your biggest hurdle. YAY!!! See you next week.
First I want to thank you Lucy for shining some light on how the blogging works. It was beginning to take a toll on me not knowing how to handle a thousand and one blogs from all the the class members and be able to do other stuff.
This calss is hopefully taking shape after ironing afew items here and there. We can all build from our past experiences to make this course and others a success.
Lucy,
I am also taking 2 classes this semester (Pro Project). I took Practicum 2 this summer. Hopefully this semester will pass by quickly. I too plan to graduate this December. Good luck this semester.
Hi Lucy,
I am also taking 2 classes, and I find this class more challenging.I agree with you that commitment to school takes away a lot of family time, but when you think about the rewards the family will rejoice with you.
Mercy.
